We roast our beans in small batches daily and ship them within 24 hours of roasting. Each bag features a one-way valve to let CO2 escape while preventing oxygen from entering, ensuring peak flavor upon arrival.
Where do you source your coffee from?
We partner directly with sustainable farms across the Coffee Belt, including regions in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil. We prioritize Fair Trade practices and organic farming methods to support both the environment and the farmers.
What is your shipping policy for food items?
We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.
Can I return coffee or food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans or food items. However, if your order is damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
