Returns & Exchanges
At Grind, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brew. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all non-perishable hardware and equipment.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that opened coffee beans cannot be returned for food safety reasons.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item to receive a return authorization code.
- 3.Pack Your Items
Securely package your items along with the return authorization code and ship them back to our warehouse using a tracked delivery service of your choice.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
